Cam Bearings- Standard Type
These are the standard OEM type with oil feed location from the bottom.

Cam Bearings- Grooved Type
These are an upgraded design in which oil pressure is introduced to the top portion
of the bearing surface where the majority of cam journal load is placed. These
bearings need to be clocked to a 10 o'clock position looking from the front of the
engine back, and they require a hole in the top of the cam tower to be tapped for
a pipe plug.

Hardened Exhaust Seat Inserts
If you want to expect any life expectancy out of your cast iron head,do your head
a favor and install these hardened seats during your rebuild. These seats will not
only dramatically reduce the likelihood of your head cracking in the future, but
will help "patch" any very small cracks already developing around the seat area
that you cannot detect with the naked eye and sometimes can't with a magnaflux.
These are sized for 1.59" exhaust valves and are made of a Rockwell Rc45 hardness
rated nickel based alloy designed for extreme temperatures and hot hardness
to 1600 Deg. F

Viton Valve Seals
Simply the best all-around valve seal out there. These full metal jacketed viton seals are
available in ID sizes .500", .530" and .562" (OEM) These should be installed with a deep
socket struck lightly with a hammer.

Oil Galley Plugs
1/4" drive allen head, includes 2 plugs for the front and rear of the head's main oil galley.

Cam Seal
Ensure a leak-free installation of that new cam with a new cam seal.

Cam Plate Bolts
Sure its just a couple bolts... but you'll be thanking yourself in the future if you ever
want to remove your cam in the car :) These bolts feature increased thread engagement
over the stock posi-drive screws and are a whole lot easier to install and remove
thanks to the hex head design.
