We are excited to release our new Billet D port Intake Manifold for applications wanting to keep the stock distributor and driver side mounted alternator. Designed with maximum flow in mind, this fully 6061 Billet CNC machined manifold was Flow bench developed and went through many tests to ensure nothing in terms of fitment, power potential or function was left on the table. This is the ultimate 2.3 intake manifold for mostly stock fox body engine bays. Key Features: Accepts common 86-93 5.0 mustang throttle body (can adapt to others easily) up to 82mm diameter. Every connection from ports to throttle body is O-ring grooved for maximum sealing capability and ease of R&R. Threaded NPT ports to accept factory water temperature sensor and multiple sizes for different vacuum port connections. Throttle cable mounting point is machined into the plenum to aid in rigidly securing your throttle cable linkage. 5 axis machined tapered runners lead into large raised bellmouths off the plenum floor. When flow tested with our stage 4 cnc ported head flowing a massive 242cfm, this full runner length manifold only reduced flow by 2%- It doesn't get much better than that! This intake flows a whopping 67cfm increase over the stock intake manifold for massive power gains. All intakes include o-rings. Although we expect this manifold to fit other chassis applications, these have not been confirmed yet. Pictures are from an SVO mustang.

Because of the optimized intake runner locations, the stock oil dipstick will interfere- we recommend an aftermarket flexible Lokar style dipstick. Due to the optimized fuel injector placement, the stock fuel rail will not fit. The -8AN Fuel rail shown is not included but is available - select options below.
