We are proud to release the first ever Billet Intake Flange for the 2.3L Ford D port head configuration. CNC machined in house from easy to weld 6061 aluminum, these flanges feature proper transitioning from the angled D shaped head ports to 2" OD round pipe making your custom intake manifold fabrication a breeze. We have 2 versions, first a tilted version which angles the ports up slightly to clear the distributor (with  bent 2" pipe attached) or straight 2" pipe can be used with the Stinger Performance CAS for even higher flow. The second version is the straight version which offers maximum flow potential for applications utilizing a distributorless or crank trigger ignition system.  All flanges are machined for o-rings around the ports and water port in the middle of the head. The flange also incorporates a 3/8" NPT pipe fitting if you would like to use the factory coolant temp sensor or simply plug it if you don't need a temp sensor. The injector placement has been optimized and requires a custom fuel rail- available in the options. Stock fuel rails will not work. O-rings and mounting hardware ARE included with each flange. Fuel rail and brackets are not. These rails accept the common .125" wall 2" aluminum pipe and bellmouths available from companies like RMR. We can source .125" mandrel bends for you too, please inquire. Carbureted, non-drilled injector version also available.
