The factory intake manifold for 1995-2000 Ford Rangers flows barely enough to keep up with a stock head port. Once you port the head, the intake becomes a major restriction. Our stage 3 ported intake manifold (lower only) is heavily modified with increased cross sectional area throughout to keep up with higher flowing ported heads. This ported intake alone we have seen a 21whp increase when used with our stage 3 CNC ported dual plug head vs stock intake. We have found the majority of the flow restriction is in the lower intake only, the upper plenum flows very well in stock form. Intake comes as pictured: fully ported and polished throughout, cleaned and ready to install on your engine.
